What We Learned From Our Customers About Helmet Video Monitor

February 25, 2016Tips & TricksNo CommentsEva Nikandrova

When you are looking for a home video monitor or a security camera, you probably go through many different options. Today we are sharing what our customers love.

Helmet video monitor was designed to suit many use cases. This wireless video monitor is equally great for home monitoring, to monitor elderly family members, keep an eye on your business, or as a pet camera.

Since iFamCare successfully launched Helmet monitor on Indiegogo back in 2015, we started gathering customer feedback on what users like and what they wish was different. We saw many user photos and even saw some creative uses of the home monitor. Here are the best pieces of feedback we got from you.

“You can use an external portable battery to charge your video monitor and carry it around.”

Helmet video monitor comes without a battery, so you must use a power adaptor to stay connected. However, you can use any portable external battery that has a mini-USB cable to charge your Helmet. This also allows you to carry the home monitor around.

“Last night I played laser tag with my kitty from across the nation.”

“Watched my horse have his shoes done today!”

“And then my other kitty had a nice chat with me as well.”

We love seeing comments like these from our customers! We build the monitor to shorten the distance between the loved ones and help people (and pets) stay together, and feedback like this truly warms our hearts and challenges us to do even better.

“Finally caught one of the suckers on video, getting cats soon.”

We love this video that was shared on the iFamCare app’s Public Moment. The video shows a mouse running in the kitchen, and was captured automatically with Helmet.

What do you think about your Helmet? Let us know what you like, and what you wish to have changed. And as always, share your photos and videos with #HelmetMonitor.
